From an early age, Richard has shown an interest in listening to people, getting to know them and attending to their needs. His desire to help others achieve their potential has allowed him to choose a career in psychology, which is providing him with valuable tools to use. He enjoys analyzing cases of patients with behavioral problems to look for possible causes and solutions.

Richard has served as a Seminary and Institute teacher, a full time missionary and currently serves as the bishop of his ward, which is related to his career through the interviews he conducts.

His dream job is to lecture internationally on topics of Psychoanalysis through hard work and experience.
