Since she was a teenager, Patrizia realised that she had a vocation for service, she enjoyed participating in service activities, listening to people and encouraging them. Throughout her life she has experienced various challenges that have helped her to be more sensitive and empathetic towards others. The genuine desire to support others was one of the reasons why she chose a career in psychology, she wants to have an academic background that prepares her to do an adequate job in the field of mental health.

Patrizia has served as a leader and teacher in the Primary, Young Women's and Relief Society.

Her dream job is to work as a family therapist.
