María Laura has a degree in Business Administration and 12 years of experience in Banking and Finance. She is focused on maximising portfolio profitability and generating sustainable value for the bank. She has solid experience leading commercial strategies, strengthening relationships with corporate clients and promoting the growth of her team.

She has served faithfully in various Church callings, such as Ward Self-Reliance Leader, Young Women's Chairperson and Primary Activity Leader. These callings have strengthened her leadership, empathy and commitment to the Gospel.

Her professional background in demanding corporate environments provided her with key tools to successfully take on the challenges of a Master's degree. He believes that this postgraduate degree will enhance his executive profile and broaden his opportunities for professional impact.

After graduating from university, she participated in a trainee programme in Business Banking and complemented her education with a specialisation in Business Management at ESAN University.

Upon completion of her graduate studies, María Laura aspires to lead impact projects, take on business management positions and serve in new callings in the Church, putting her gifts and experience at the service of others.
