Manuel is a law graduate of UPC and has served faithfully in the Church in callings such as stake high council member, elders quorum president, and sunday school teacher. His legal training has given him a solid foundation for understanding the workings of public institutions. He identified the need to complement this training with a master's degree in public management in order to take on management roles with a more strategic vision. She has worked in the legal team of a transnational beverage company, contributing to the global positioning of the company. In the criminal field, he has defended people unjustly accused, achieving their acquittal. He completed an internship in a notary's office, where he gained experience in civil, registry and inheritance law. In addition, she has participated in courses at the International Monetary Fund, which broadened her perspective on national and international issues. He is currently completing his postgraduate studies, with the goal of founding his own law firm and providing legal advice with a business and governmental focus. He also has a special interest in Peruvian gastronomy and its legal management.
