Jairo identifies deeply with the career of stomatology because of his desire to serve others, which was born during his missionary service, when he was in charge of the health of missionaries. This experience strengthened his vocation of service, a quality that is reflected in his sensitivity and commitment to the well-being of others, key aspects to practice dentistry with empathy and dedication.

As for his callings in the Church, he has served as ward personal secretary, leader of Temple and Stake Family History Consultants, Institute teacher, and Temple worker.

He envisions himself as a professional dentist, with his own dental office, providing care to communities in need and participating in community dental service days.
