Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

She has served faithfully in different church callings such as: JAS Leader, SocSoc Counsellor, MMJJ counsellor, Seminary Teacher and Sunday School Teacher.

The work experience in her career shaped her and prepared her for good opportunities, but she had also identified that getting an MBA could help give her a strategic view of the business and be able to connect with different people.

Doris started working as a waitress, in children's shows and in fast food shops which helped her to develop her soft skills and eventually she was able to continue studying psychology where she started to get her first internship in human resources in companies with more than 1000 employees, where she made a career line and gave her the impulse to continue in other outstanding companies in the Peruvian market, such as Supermercados Peruanos, Interbank, Experis, among others. She then founded her own HR company, where she provides comprehensive HR services to myes companies and startups.

Doris has the goal to obtain a strategic vision in all aspects to continue growing individually, as a team, as a company and to reach more people so that they can enjoy a job.
