Carlos graduated with a degree in Business Administration and completed studies in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution at the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM).
He has served in various callings in the Church, such as missionary, elders quorum president, ward clerk, bishopric counselor, high council member, and currently stake president.
His professional career has provided him with the skills necessary to access better job opportunities. In addition, he realized that pursuing a master's degree in Supply Chain Management would allow him to aspire to leadership roles, backed by the experience he had been developing in his field of work.
Carlos began his career in a refrigerator factory, where he initially worked as a warehouse operator. Over time, he took on various roles, including forklift operator, warehouse assistant, and later, area coordinator. He currently serves as Distribution Supervisor, consolidating a career characterized by perseverance and constant professional development. Each of these stages represented a valuable opportunity to strengthen his character and understand that true growth is built step by step.
Carlos aims to lead in transnational companies and, in the future, start his own company. He is convinced that achieving this goal will allow him to contribute to the development of others. In addition, he continues to improve his English skills and shows a keen interest in complementing his professional growth through university teaching.
