Bibiana has always shown a great interest in ensuring that the children of her country have access to quality education and the necessary opportunities to become professionals. Her experience as a full-time missionary in the church allowed her to discover that teaching is both her passion and her talent. She aspires to be a person who positively impacts the lives of others and accompanies them in their meaningful learning process.

Bibiana has served as president and advisor in the young women's organization, stake Jas leader and primary secretary.

Her goal and dream job is to be able to work within the ministry of education of her country or in the institutions of the educational system such as the UGEL and DRELM.
