Since he was young, Adelmo, discovered his interest in the infrastructure of different buildings and the way the construction process, since his childhood he observed a lot of action in construction as his family environment is dedicated to the construction of houses, but over the years he decided to climb a step further and embark on the world of engineering

Adelmo has served as a full-time missionary in the mission Ecuador Guayaquil West, then upon returning home he served in the following callings: Sunday School President, High Council Member, Temple Worker, and Community Leaders Auxiliary Director of the Lima City Communication Council

His dream job is to be part of the planning and construction team for a temple being one of the most special places for him.
