Giovanny is an Industrial Engineer with over 23 years of experience in the industrial and administrative sectors, particularly in personnel management and maintenance. Throughout his career, he has learned how to organize teams, improve processes, and keep operations running in an orderly and efficient manner. His professional education, combined with the experience gained in the workforce, has provided him with a solid foundation for pursuing master's-level studies, based on the understanding that academic preparation strengthens leadership capabilities and responsible decision-making.

His key achievements include continuous process improvement, project management, the organization of work teams, and the implementation of maintenance plans that have contributed to the productivity and stability of the companies he has served.

To complement his formal education, he has further enhanced his knowledge in strategic management, project management, corporate finance, and leadership.

Upon completing his postgraduate studies, Giovanny aims to improve his English proficiency, increase his income, and continue his academic journey by pursuing a doctorate, thereby seeking to expand his professional opportunities and his capacity to add value to organizations.

Within the church, he has served as a full-time missionary in the Bolivia Santa Cruz Mission, in addition to serving as a Bishop, Stake Counselor, Stake Auditor, Stake President, High Council Member, Stake Sunday School President, and Bishopric Counselor—demonstrating unwavering commitment and constant service.
