Abril is distinguished by a profound vocation for service that has shaped her life since childhood. From a young age, her games consisted of imagining that she could heal others and alleviate their pain. This sensitivity deepened further as she witnessed the illnesses of her loved ones firsthand—an experience that awakened within her not only empathy but also a strong desire to understand the origins of disease and find ways to combat it. Her love for life drives her to train as a dedicated and compassionate physician.

She has served as First Counselor in the Young Women organization—a calling that transformed her life, strengthening her sense of responsibility and her sincere love for serving others.

Her greatest dream is to become a medical specialist, bringing hope and relief to those who need it most, and to serve with an NGO so that her vocation may transcend boundaries and reach the world's most vulnerable communities.
