Joseline is a graduate of the Early Childhood Education program. Her training as an early childhood educator provided her with the pedagogical foundation necessary to pursue postgraduate studies. Her experience in both the educational and administrative sectors has enabled her to develop skills in management, organization, and teamwork—integrating these two areas of knowledge to foster her professional growth.

She began her career as an early childhood teacher, where she honed her classroom management skills; she subsequently served as an administrative assistant at a company for four years, in addition to undertaking her own independent projects.

She has further complemented her formal education through professional internships at both public and private preschools, as well as by taking courses in digital marketing and participating in workshops focused on sales and administrative management.

Upon completing her master's degree, she aims to enter the field of educational administration to gain further experience. Subsequently, her goal is to assume a management position and, in the long term, establish her own educational institution and serve as its director.

She has served in various church callings, including: Young Adult Leader, Young Women President, and Relief Society Sunday School Teacher.
