Since the beginning of his career, he has demonstrated a talent for identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions that deliver real impact.

He possesses solid experience in customer service, where he rose to leadership positions—including Support Manager—distinguishing himself through his focus on efficiency, user experience, and data-driven decision-making. He has specialized in analytics, earning certifications such as Data Analyst from Microsoft, as well as credentials in business intelligence.

Today, he focuses his professional development on advanced analytics and artificial intelligence, convinced that these will serve as essential pillars in the evolution of organizations. His purpose is clear: to innovate, generate value, and create opportunities that improve people's lives through the intelligent application of technology.

Furthermore, he has served as a full-time missionary in the Bogotá North Mission, as an Elders Quorum President, as a Bishop, and currently serves as the Stake President in Lima, Peru (La Molina).
