Enrique holds a professional degree in Chemical Engineering. His professional work experience shaped and prepared him for promising opportunities; however, he also recognized that obtaining a Master's degree in Project Management could position him for leadership roles and project management opportunities.
Enrique began his career working at a chemical supply manufacturing company—initially as an assistant—but through his dedication, he successfully advanced to the position of Quality Supervisor at a flour processing plant, where he has been working for the past two years.
To earn his Chemical Engineering degree, he completed a pre-professional internship at a water treatment company, where he managed a production team for three months. Additionally, he completed a specialization course in Integrated Management Systems at the National University of San Marcos.
Enrique’s goal is to lead large-scale projects; he seeks to enhance his team management skills to ensure the success of his projects. Furthermore, he would like to complement his professional development by teaching at a university.
He has served faithfully in various church callings, including: Young Men President, Missionary Leader, Ward Clerk, and First Counselor in a Bishopric.
