Gerson is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated from the Pedro Ruiz Gallo National University, possessing a solid background in accounting, finance, and administrative management. He currently serves as an accountant within the finance department at ASPERSUD, where he participates in key processes such as accounting analysis, tax compliance, and payment management—thereby strengthening his preparation for postgraduate studies focused on strategic decision-making.

His career trajectory reflects progressive growth, ranging from pre-professional internships to assuming responsibilities in treasury operations, bank reconciliations, and tax consulting, all while contributing to the efficient achievement of organizational objectives.

Complementing his formal education, he has completed specializations in public management, government procurement, and administrative systems, as well as training in tax-related matters with PwC and Thomson Reuters.

Upon completing his postgraduate studies, he aspires to lead financial departments and contribute strategic value to organizations.

Within the Church, he has served as a full-time missionary, a Young Adult (JAS) leader, a Ward Clerk, a Young Men President, and a Stake Executive Secretary.
