Since his youth, Franck has been characterized as a responsible and persevering individual—qualities that motivated him to pursue a degree in Audiovisual Communication for Digital Media. He considers his greatest strengths to be his creativity and his ability to work effectively in a team—skills that will enable him to excel as a professional in his field.

Within the Church, he has not held any callings recently, as he was required to work on Sundays due to financial necessity; however, he is currently seeking to resume his active participation, supported by his academic scholarship.

His dream job is to serve as an audiovisual production manager at a corporate firm in Lima, gain experience, and, in the future, establish his own company to help others.
