Since childhood, Dayana has felt a strong affinity for the business world, inspired by a family enterprise that flourished thanks to the strategic guidance of a business administration professional—whose contributions enabled better organization of the business and made a significant difference. This experience ignited in her a deep passion for management, leadership, and teamwork, as she came to understand how sound decisions drive growth and profitability.

Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Business Administration, where she is honing her skills in strategic planning, decision-making, financial analysis, and efficient resource management.

She has served as class president for the Young Women organization and currently works as a primary teacher and seminary instructor.

She aspires to found a real estate firm and a consulting agency dedicated to providing sustainable support to entrepreneurs.
