From a very young age, Alvaro has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to serving others, actively participating in various community and social initiatives. This calling inspired him to pursue a career in Nursing, convinced that it is a profession grounded in empathy, care, and selfless dedication. Currently, he volunteers at the Mariano Molina Scippa Hospital in the district of Comas.

He currently serves as a JAS Leader in his local ward and served as a counselor at the 2025 FSY Lima West conference, guiding and mentoring youth for a week. Additionally, he served on the staff of the JAS Lima North Conference as a member of the Health Committee. He served a mission in Peru Huancayo; an experience that strengthened his faith.

He aspires to become a distinguished Registered Nurse and to work at prestigious institutions.
