Bachelor's degree in Management and Senior Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru

She has served in various callings within the Church as Young Women President, Relief Society Advisor, and Relief Society President, where she learned to put her talents to use in the service of others and understood the importance of loving those she teaches.

Her professional training has greatly helped her to tackle her MBA because she is familiar with the topics that are now being explored in depth and can contribute with examples and real cases from her work environment. She mentions that at university she was taught at different stages how to write professionally, which is very useful for the various tasks she has to perform. Her colleagues from other degree programmes are not as skilled in this area, so she can complement the team.

To obtain her Business Management degree, she did an internship at the company ‘El Comercio’ in the digital classifieds area, specifically ‘Aptitus,’ where she learned a lot about teamwork, following instructions, and, above all, about the digital and commercial world, which is the field where she has continued her work experience since then.

Upon completing her MBA, she wants to be prepared to take on leadership positions, be able to pass on her knowledge to her team, and thus meet the company's objectives. She would also like it to help her lay the foundations for a personal entrepreneurship.
