Carlos has always enjoyed the combination of efficiently managing and administering resources to meet objectives, empowering human resources, and making efficient use of them. He currently works in the Medical Fees Department, Finance Team. This has allowed him to develop soft skills and learn hard skills. Part of his work has involved calculation, auditing, and decision-making within planned timeframes.

As part of his spiritual development, which is very important to him, he had the opportunity and honour of serving as a bishopric counsellor for 10 consecutive years and then as a bishop. He currently serves as a Sunday School teacher for married couples.

In recent years, he has felt a strong interest in starting his own business, especially in the area of cooking, an activity he is deeply passionate about. Over the last two years, this desire has intensified, becoming a dream that he now perceives as possible. He is determined to make it a reality, putting into practice all the tools and knowledge he has acquired throughout his career.
