Xiara chose a career in Cosmetology and Integrative Aesthetics out of a desire to help others with skin care by evaluating patients' skin conditions, applying non-invasive treatments, and working with innovative equipment. This will boost people's self-esteem and confidence by creating a more youthful and healthy complexion.

Xiara has served in the church as the first Young Women's counselor and is currently the Relief Society secretary.

Her dream job is to work in skin clinics and eventually open her own beauty center.
