Xiara imagined herself doing everything from creating an ointment to treat burns to researching viruses and bacteria that affect humans. This interest led her to realise that she wanted to study clinical laboratory science, allowing her to develop her skills in the field of research and health.
Xiara has served in the church as first counsellor for Young Women and is secretary of the Relief Society.
Her dream job is to work in a laboratory researching and creating formulas that help people's health.
