Sharitty is a law graduate and is continuing her academic training with a master's degree in political science and international relations. She has been actively involved in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Primary, Relief Society, and Young Women counsellor, where she also served as ward president. She completed pre-professional internships at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Office of Legal Affairs, which sparked her interest in international affairs. She has experience in procedural law, having worked at a law firm for the past three years. She has coordinated teams in electoral processes for the past seven years and completed the ICPNA English programme for adults and young people. Her goal is to work in the field of international relations and diplomacy, and she aspires to complement her career with university teaching in human rights or political science, with the aim of educating citizens with social awareness and a commitment to the reality of their environment.
