Gisela Gayoso Crisoles is a student at the UPC, pursuing a master's degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability. She graduated with a degree in Environmental Engineering from the National University of San Marcos.
Gisela has consistently served in the Lord's work in callings such as Seminary Teacher, Young Women Presidency Advisor, and currently serves as Ward Seminary Supervisor and Ward YSA Leader. These callings have allowed her to develop skills that have helped her in different aspects of life such as work and study.
Her experience and studies, including diplomas and specialisation courses in the area of sustainability, led her to decide to pursue a master's degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability, as this would allow her to take advantage of market needs in the area of sustainability, enabling her to lead improvements in the organisations in which she works.
To date, her master's degree studies and the experience she has gained have given her a broader vision and enabled her to take advantage of the opportunity to become an Integrated Management System Analyst at Llama Gas S.A., where she provides support to the organisation on issues of quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment, with a view to implementing improvements to enhance performance.
Gisela's goal is to pursue a career path at her current company, applying what she has learned in her master's degree, i.e., applying sustainability strategies and leading the sustainability area in three years. With the aim of becoming part of transnational organizations and, at the same time, serving in the Lord's work, Gisela has set herself the goal of improving her English language skills and imparting her knowledge in public and/or private institutions, as well as applying it in communities.
