She has faithfully served in various church callings, including as stake president of MMJJ, stake self-reliance specialist, and currently as president of the Young Women of the Valle Sagrado ward.
Her professional training has prepared her for postgraduate studies, as her knowledge of psychology has allowed her to develop a comprehensive perspective on human talent management, identifying that specialising in Human Resources Management would enhance her organisational impact.
Among her greatest professional achievements, she has led the search for full-time teachers at Cibertec for four terms, achieving 100% coverage of the requirement, in addition to participating in brand positioning activities at job fairs.
To complement her professional training, she has completed a Specialised Diploma in Agile Methodologies and Organisational Innovation and courses related to human talent management.
