From a very young age, she demonstrated skills and a keen interest in discovering the reasons behind things, as well as ingenuity in discovering different technological functions. Over time, she discovered that she could use her skills to help others and sought a professional career that would help her develop her talent and achieve her goals. Her main strength lies in her ability to analyse and solve problems in different areas (baking, printing, diary production), which allows her to perform with excellence in the professional field and face the challenges of the sector with confidence.

Throughout her life, Fiorella has been actively involved in the church, which is also one of her main priorities, serving in various callings as a young women's leader, where she learned to interact with others and also helped her connect with God. With this, she is now a Relief Society teacher where she is willing to learn from this new calling and teach her knowledge to the sisters.

Upon completing her studies, Fiorella envisions herself in her dream job, which is to hold a management position in the country's financial group, but she also sees herself starting her own business and making her company stable in the market while supporting environmental care.
